Luxury rentals in Cannes: exceptional villas and apartments

Cannes is best explored on foot, along the Croisette, through the narrow streets of Le Suquet or up in the wooded hills of Croix des Gardes. It is here, at 31 boulevard Vallombrosa, that French Riviera Gold Keys has established its office—and where most of our collection is located.

On the Croisette, facing the sea

For a stay for two, Marly Croisette offers a 45 m² apartment at 104 boulevard de la Croisette, with sea views and a private terrace. Just next door, at 102, Villa Maria Croisette accommodates up to 10 guests across 300 m², with a private pool, enclosed garden, 50 m² terrace and fitness room. Further east, the Palm Beach district is home to several apartments with terraces, as well as Villa Moure Rouge, with a private pool, 500 metres from Gazagnaire beach.

In the heart of the city, just steps from the Palais

The Duplex Suquet Vue Port et Palais (98 m², 2 bedrooms) opens onto the port from its terrace and balcony. Goujon is a three-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, and Le Hoche is two minutes away. For groups and conferences, Immeuble Meynadier brings together five independent apartments between the Old Port and Forville Market.

Up in the hills: Croix des Gardes

The large family villas are located on the hillside. Villa Paradou (6 bedrooms, 12 guests) offers panoramic views over the bay and a heated pool. Villa Lord Brougham spans 400 m², with a 55 m² terrace and a pool that can be heated on request, while Villa Anita sleeps up to 18 guests. A little farther away, Villa Mathis, on avenue Jean de Noailles, offers 7 bedrooms and a 200 m² terrace.
