How it works
- A lease signed in the company's name. French Riviera Gold Keys leases your property under a professional lease and becomes your sole tenant.
- A fixed monthly rent, paid every month. The amount is agreed together based on your property and set out in the contract.
- Rent that can be paid in advance. When setting up the lease, you may choose to pay several months' rent in advance, up to six months.
- Costs agreed together. They are allocated based on the co-ownership arrangements and usage, and set out in the contract.
- A one-year lease, renewable.
- Cancellation at any time, or in accordance with the terms set out in the contract.
- A quick set-up. Send us the necessary documents and we’ll draft the lease.
