French Riviera Gold Keys, the art of hospitality on the French Riviera

Behind every successful stay is a key handed to you in person, and a team that has prepared everything before you arrive. French Riviera Gold Keys is a high-end holiday rental management agency and premium concierge service, based at 31 boulevard Vallombrosa, Cannes.

Our mission

We believe in a simple principle: an exceptional property deserves exceptional service. Our mission is twofold. To make life easier for owners through premium, personalised support. To offer travellers a memorable experience in homes and apartments we know inside out.

A selection of properties from Cannes to Monaco

Our collection includes villas with pools and sea-view apartments, from the Croisette to Le Suquet, the heights of Croix des Gardes to Le Cannet, from Vallauris and Golfe-Juan to Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, and as far as Mougins and Beausoleil, on the doorstep of Monaco. Each property is managed directly by our teams, from preparation and welcoming guests to housekeeping, maintenance and support throughout your stay.

Families, groups of friends, business travellers attending conferences, or festival-goers: we tailor every stay to your needs. Our concierge team can arrange daily housekeeping, a private chef, grocery shopping, transfers, a day on a yacht or massages, as well as late check-ins and check-outs. An AI voice assistant is available on our phone line at +33 4 80 16 16 11, 24/7, alongside our 24/7 concierge team. Book directly on our website to get the best available rate, with no platform fees, and a dedicated local contact from booking through to departure.

For property owners

We offer two options. Seasonal rental management: premium listings on major platforms, professional photography, full booking management and 24/7 support. A professional lease with guaranteed rent: French Riviera Gold Keys becomes your sole tenant, giving you complete peace of mind.

Our commitment

A relationship built on trust and tailor-made solutions. Discretion, responsiveness and attention to detail guide everything we do, so owners and guests can enjoy the Riviera to the fullest, with complete peace of mind.
